Notary fee is $25.00 per signature, per document, per signer (travel fee not included)
Travel fee varies on location, time of day and distance. (Parking fees are separate).
Printing & Scanning
Printing $1.00 per page
Holidays and Late-Night Service
Late night service after 6:00 PM add $25.00 to travel fee.
Holidays add $25.00 to travel fee.
Loan Signing
Fees vary depending on the size of the package, if faxbacks are needed and if I will be mailing, but usually range from $65.00 - $325.00. A fee will be set and agreed upon before our appointment.
Remote Online Notary
Online Notarizations
$30.00 Includes notarization for one document, with one seal and one signer
+$5 for additional signers

Wedding Officiant
Pricing varies based on factors including, but not limited to, vendor’s experience, level of expertise, event guest count, date, and geographic region.
*If the Officiant is needed for more than two (2) hours of “free” time given to the couple in their contract to make updates to their ceremony script a fee of $25 per hour will be assessed and will be due before officiant services are performed.

We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, Zelle.
Acceptable forms of identification
The most commonly use Identifications to perform a notary service are a Driver’s License, State ID or Passport. The Identification must be current, non-expired, or issued within the last five (5) years. The name on the ID must be the same as the name that appears on the document. If at the time of the notarization, the name on the ID does not match the name on the document, and the notarization is not performed because of that, the travel and convenience fee are still due for ALL notary services.
